Visibility Wound No More
I have been on the healing path for 8 years and it's led me to steward life-changing results to clients who all came to me feeling afraid of their potential.
I began to see a pattern in clients who were simultaneously running a business during their inner-work journey. They'd achieved successful results with their healing, but hesitated to talk about it online with their audience.
I couldn't understand why?
These women had just undergone remarkable shifts, why wouldn't they want to share that with others?!
As I got to know their fears on a deeper level I saw these women all shared the same feeling... no matter how much they knew, or healed, they still felt inadequate.
This was a wound I knew all too well.
Instead of addressing the underlying pattern of not feeling enough, I too, turned to the places outside of me. Scripting, workshops, content strategy - compensating for an unmet wound underneath.
But in reality, it wasn't a knowledge gap problem, because I wasn't matching the woman I needed to be on an identity level.
When your work requires depth, being seen can feel incredibly vulnerable if on an identity level we don't address the subconscious ceiling we're keeping ourselves under.
When the identity doesn't match the desire,
your nervous system begins to interpret visibility as risk. So instead of fully expressing your voice, subtle patterns begin to appear.
You second-guess what you want to say.
You rewrite posts multiple times before sharing them.

Nikki's work shifted something deep within me. It was a quiet shift from overthinking and looping into a calm, safe flow, soothed by somatics and Source energy.
Before starting I had gone absent from posting on social media due. Inside this space, that began to dissolve. Ahhhh.. this has been such an exhale..
This space arrived at the most perfect time as I was wanting to bring my presence back online. Before joining I felt this pressure in myself, when I thought about posting again online, it felt like I had to explain or perform in some way.
Joining the space really allowed me to take a step back from all of that, and to explore myself and the different ways in which I wanted to share. And honestly, to just be a space to lay it all out and let it be messy/imperfect.
I was able to overcome sharing face to camera which felt like a big exhale to just share and no longer feel regret of something I shared.

Nikki was such a game-changer for me. Before it even began, I felt like I had very little momentum, and I would freeze before filming content because I felt like it had to be perfect.
